I came in here with two broken phones, and knowing full-well I couldn't afford an expensive new phone. With that said, Brian was able to help me sort out my issue, and together we figured out a plan of action. Basically, I could get a trade-in value from the old phone, and use it to get a new phone for cheap. He helped me figure out where I can get that old phone repaired, so that I can get the data off of that phone, when I am ready.
I expect to be revisiting this store in the near future, as I still have to perform said trade-in. Any important updates, I will be sure to include if necessary. But, as it stands now, however, I say with little hesitation that people like Brian Norris are the reasons that companies like Verizon can thrive: I am more willing to remain a customer of Verizon in the future, because I was treated as nothing but an equal, honest human with my own needs, experiences, and demands. Thank you to Brian for showing me what it means to be a good customer service representative, and it is my sincere Hope that companies like Verizon can let people like him lead by example in showing what it really takes to keep your customers: Put the customers before the money that they spend, customer retention goes up. It's that simple. All around, this was a positive experience for an otherwise difficult, frustrating, and unexpected situation.
Take note, higher ups; This is how you do business at the...
Read moreI have gone to this store for the last couple years since it had opened and always got great service. I had heard from a couple friends around town that they had received very bad service recently. Considering I live right down the street and only had what i thought to be simple questions I decided to stop in and ask them. I think Jessica was the girl that called me over to her desk. Every question I asked i got a response like I was an idiot or was told "call into verizon they can help you." Not once did she hold my phone and try to fix the problem and not once did she put her phone down before glaring up to look at me. I was getting kinda frustrated with the whole situation I finally just asked for her to look into my phone. What finally did it for me was when someone from the back room was talking on the phone and not only was the whole conversation vulgarer but I heard her say and i quote "I would totally tongue punch her fart box." after that I was done and shortly after a girl with a buzz cut walked out of the back. I am very disgusted with this store and Ill drive the extra distance from now on to visit a different store. I suggest you all...
Read moreI have been an original Verizon customer since they opened the Jackson store. I came to Mason to see Sherman (since the 2 great Jackson store guys left) Sherman took in every detail on my account lowered my bill and got me updated phones. I will make the drive to pay my bill there and get the great service I'm paying for. 5/17 I called today to get a quote on a home phone. First the girl told me 20.00 a month then it was 23.00 a month. I asked about service in my area as it is sometimes it is not the best with our cellphones. She blamed the cellphone manufacturer told me what the best ones were. I told her I had a problem with one of those also then it changed to how often I turn my phones on and off. Long story short she was talking so fast i couldn't get my questions asked. I want someone that slows down listens to what I'm looking for obviously this is no longer the case at this store. At&t has a nice crew that listens and can check services in my area, so I'm told. Yep...
