Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Mason

Last night I went to place my order on the website and found you could not customize a stuffed pretzel crust pizza and when I went to the build your own, pretzel crust was not an option, so I had to place the order over the phone.

The employee who took my order was very friendly, repeated my order back to me and all was good. I went to pick it up and the staff were once again friendly and the order was ready when I arrived. BANGIN! I was happy because with Little Caesars, it can be a gamble.

I got home and opened the pizza and it looked great except the fact that the crust was not the stuffed pretzel crust I went out of my way to order. The store is 11 miles away so I wasn't about to drive there again and felt calling the store wouldn't help. It's a shame because my experience up until then was good.

We were looking so forward to that damn specialty crust I had to special order over the phone and drive 22 miles round trip for. My receipt and the box both show it was supposed to be stuffed pretzel crust too. They dressed the crust as if it was pretzel adding the large chunks of salt, but it just wasn't the same. They had to have noticed they made a mistake when salting it and just chose to not fix it.

I was. Charged $9.52 last night on an order that was suppose to total to $6.99. Slices and sticks is $6.99 out the door, as Listed on the. Website and the employee also told Me $6.99. I have tried calling to talk to someone. They're currently open but unable to answer a single call. Literally worst place ever. The chick over the phone was rude telling me I needed to come get my pizza thee moment it was done, I get that you want to go home right at the end of your shift but if your schedule until 9:00 p.m. you are expected to be there until 9:00 p.m. the store doesn't close until 9:00 p.m. so why do I have to come and get my pizza before 8:45??? This location has been amazing up until recently (June 2024). We have been there three times in the past two weeks and are no longer going to go there. There is an individual there that is extremely negative, sounds like someone just gave him bad news and always comes up with an excuse not to serve. It's usually in the afternoon, but we have gotten the following,every time we have been there lately. "We don't have cheese", "we are out of bread" and yesterday (June 22, 2024), "I'm the only one working so we are closed". He obviously just doesn't want to work and comes up with every excuse possible to stop people from ordering items. He was visibly upset the second time when we didn't leave with the lack of bread but then just ordered a pizza. The food was good and has been good but I don't want to deal with this guy again.
