Normally I always get good service when I come into this place.

We came in tonight to order our subs the meat was all on top of the freezer completely exposed with nothing covering it. When I asked about it the girl stated it hadn’t been out long w an attitude. We proceeded to order. I asked for light oil and vinegar, and she might as well have dunked the entire piece of bread in it. When we got home a block away... the bread was soggy all of the way through. When I called and spoke w the manager she did not offer to let me bring the sub back or even try to fix the mistake. Instead proceeded to argue with me over the phone. They had poured the oil and vinegar right on top of the bread before anything else! Mind you...it was supposed to be light oil and vinegar.

I gave 2 stars only because the service I got. Normally I have very nice things to say about this place. The two women that are working tonight we’re probably the rudest associates I’ve ever encountered in customer service! Will be calling to speak with the boss on Wednesday. 10.00 per sub and you can’t even get it the way...

Thanks a lot for the food poisoning! I was looking forward to getting some food here but I will never go to this location again. First and last time. I frequented the Okemos one and never got sick. I went to work after having it and starting feeling really ill. I felt hot and cold and the same time and felt like I was going to faint. This was 100% from the sub. I was fine before eating it and like 40 minutes after I starting feeling horrible. I still haven't recovered from it about 16 hours later. I can't even sleep because of how awful its making me feel. And I only ate half of the sub. Now I get to throw my money away because I'm sure as hell not going through this again. Also, it was overpriced to begin with and I made the mistake of giving a tip too. Obviously whoever runs this place doesn't know the first thing about food safety. Either your food is not at the right temps or your employees aren't washing their hands. I feel bad for the woman behind me. She ordered two subs and I'm sure she got sick too. Posting this as a...

Horrible experience here today. Placed an order online for pick up at 2:35. At 2:10 I got a text that it was ready, 25 minutes early! I do not get out of work until 2:30, hence why I had the pick up time set for 2:35. When I walked in I asked if this has been sitting here for 25 minutes and the young blonde girl had the worst attitude and said yeah it's been ready. I replied, I don't want to take home a soggy sandwich that's been sitting here. She literally just walked away and did not care. I continued to ask her questions and she just kept walking away from me and seemed so annoyed that I was there. Also note, I was the ONLY customer. Once I got home, my sandwich was soggy and gross. Safe to say do not place an order online and expect it to be ready around the pick up time. They will just make it whenever they feel like it and will let it sit around until you pick it up.
