From the moment I spoke to Susan on the phone about my computer problems until the moment Glenn explained what he had done and I paid my bill, my experience with Computer Fixx was wonderful. Given that this began when I got the dreaded "blue screen" on my laptop and that I depend on that computer for my livelihood, that's saying quite a lot.

By phone on a Saturday morning, Susan clearly explained the company's pricing and the likely amount of time it would take to resolve my problems. I took my laptop to them, and Glenn called around 3 p.m. to let me know it was not salvageable. He had, however, been able to save ALL my files and would be glad to install them on a new laptop if I'd purchase one and bring it to him. I'd rather have a root canal than go computer-shopping. Glenn told me exactly what specifications to look for, so off I went. I called him twice from two different businesses to inquire if the machine I was considering was both suitable and a good buy. Finally, around 6 p.m. on that Saturday, I delivered my new laptop to Glenn.

On Monday morning, my new laptop was ready for me, with all my files installed, as well as security and anti-virus programs. Glenn walked me through the use of those programs and explained what I needed to know about the new laptop. Both Glenn and Susan were friendly, personable, reassuring and patient throughout this entire process. If everyone provided service in the way that they do, this world would be a better place.

After Glenn repaired my laptop quickly and at the lowest cost possible, he warned me that the repair was only temporary. He showed me a refurbished Sony laptop he was working on getting ready for sale and said that would always be an option when mine crashed. I got all my important pictures and documents off the laptop and then a week later, it went black again. Contacted Glenn about a refurbished laptop he had shown me and it was still available. He gave me an amazing deal and I had to come back on and say how happy I am with this new laptop. I've had it for a few months and it's perfect for us. He had everything I needed, already installed, including malware software that I can run as often as I need to. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Computer Fixx and would recommend them to anyone. They are an A+ in my book!! In one word: Excellent! I had been taking my old XP desk top computer to Glenn for 3 years who had fixed several problems and kept it running. As a new, fledgling online store, my budget is tight.
