Absolutely the worst experience Iāve ever had. First off they make you make an appointment and thatās fine. However in following protocol I was subjected to the upmost incompetence I have ever wasted my time dealing with. I spoiled with someone over the phone to book the appointment, they asked me not only what kind of device that I had the model how old it was and said that I needed to make the appointment actually insisted that Iāll be on time in order to kind of keep my slot. I explained exactly what was wrong with my printer and request requested an express appointment in which he looked up Outside of the location that I was calling to make sure that I can get in today. I actually then returned the call back to the call center to see if there was anyway I could drop off the printer rather than stay and wait for it in which they told me I could not. I had to accompany my device and leave with it however, the evaluation was free For the printer. Well, lo and behold I get there not only do they not service printers they do not service printers over one year they do not service printers not purchased in their store and they do not service printers that are not covered by an extended warranty. So after I rearranged my schedule and had my husband to be late to accompany me to the location that I booked my appointment at I was rudely turned away and just nonchalantly told that the call center needs to stop doing that because lately they have been making appointments for devices that they donāt service. This is ridiculous then I got the number to corporate or at least I thought which is just the one 800 number for Best Buy which continuously hangs up on you. You cannot get a customer service representative and if you do not have a warranty, they just direct you to the manufacturer in which I looked up and because it is over a year old and I did not pay for a Best Buy warranty service I cannot get the printer fixed there All of which couldāve been avoided. Then to read the reviews and find out that not only are they overpriced and overrated they wasted two hours of my time and Iām not even able to complain because of course that would not be good customer service and of course theyāre not in the company of giving good customer service donāt waste your time going here.
