I shopped at this store in Makawao for 18 years. I bought a lot of jewelry from these people. Everytime I'd go in there and talk story with them but they never remembered me. I bought a ring from them a few months back. The gem fell out of the ring. I took it back to have them reset it. I went back 3 times the ring still wasn't fixed. Alana one clerk had me take another ring of same value. I told her ' I don't kno, this replacement ring may be too heavy for my finger. She said ' If it's too heavy then bring it back and we'll give you another ring. ' I wore the ring for 3 hours. It was too heavy. I called Starry and told him and that I'd be coming back in. When I got to the shop Starry told me that they could only give me a $70 credit on the ring. That's a $80 difference. Meaning an $80 loss for me. The ring was in perfect condition and very clean. Starry was rude and went on to condescend me about it. I told him to forget it and handed the ring to my close friend. Starry cussed at me and was very rude. Jacque the owner is the one that wanted to cheat me $80 but nonetheless Starry wasn't professional. Ill nevershop at Little Tibet again. They tried...

I got straight up bullied by the owner’s sales associate. I took a video in the store I was threatened that I needed to delete it immediately. The guy made me open up my phone in show him i deleted it. i’ve been going to the jewelry store for over 20 years and I have filmed full-blown YouTube videos with my DSLR in store with the owner there. the owner was there this day and was letting the associate bully me. he never said it was okay for me to take a picture even though i had done it before. he just let me be yelled at. I did not buy anything I was going to buy two pieces and I ran out of the store with tears. If you don’t want people to take photos or videos in the store, maybe put up a sign? because raising your voice at a little...

Years ago ; I bought some gorgeous laborodite and turquoise pieces here . Had them for a decade or more and they were amazing - in terms of beauty , durability, and price .

Years later I hit a financial snag and wanted to sell them back . Jacques (the owner ) both allowed this AND almost met the original price I had bought them at .
