Tribe Maui — Local services in Maui

Weird experience here: I come in all the time; when I went in to the store today, the lady that was working claimed to own the store, and said I couldn’t exchange an item that previously a different woman had told me she owned the store, and that I could exchange the item for some thing else if it didnt fit at home. I have a baby so I wasn’t able to try on the clothes I bought that day so I have a pair of 100$ pants now that I can’t fit into. The reason why I’m writing a review is she was very rude to me and had zero aloha about the whole situation. I mean it’s easy to exchange an item. It’s not that hard if you’re running a business correctly obviously she was probably in a bad mood today, but I will not be shopping here again. Warning if you buy anything from this store you will not be able to return it and if it’s a sale item you cannot exchange or return, also you can find everything that’s in their shop online for 20-50$ cheaper.
