Pizza Fresh — Restaurant in Hawaii

I ordered 2 pizzas Friday night before they closed. They took the order and we paid for 2 pizzas. We came back to pick the pizzas up and they were closed. We did not receive a courtesy call to come and pick up. We had to go to Foodland and buy more frozen pizza to feed my kids. They called the next day to say they put our pizzas in the Fridge and could come pick them up. Not exactly Pizza Fresh. I called them today (Sunday) and they told me they will not reimburse my money, and that our pizzas are still in the fridge. The lady I spoke with informed me that the OWNER said not to reimburse me. I’ve owned a business for 25 years and the first thing I do if there is a problem with a client is make it right to them so they come back and buy my products. Stoped by here to order dinner. About two weeks ago. I walk in and start looking at the menu on the wall. No one greets me when I walk in. Then the first thing out of the mouth of the kid working there is. If you didn't call in an order we can't make you anything for over an hour. So I left and will not be going back to this establishment. Worst customer service I have had in a long time and I am a local who lives upcountry. Her didn't even bother to say hi or ask what I was interested in ordering. You would be better off going to Cassanovas or serpicos. I've had decent pizza here, BUT today when I picked up my pizza 2 minutes before it was time to be picked up, it was barely warm, the crust was thick and like cardboard. When I described my experience to the manager by email and then phone, his response was that he was sorry but they had been very busy and this problem didn't happen very often. And that was it!!
