Oceania Maui Paia — Local services in Maui

The customer service is amazing, and they have beautiful and unique jewelry. The reason I’m giving 3 stars is because while those aspects of Oceania Maui is incredible, I specifically asked the owner and creator of the jewelry if a specific pair of earrings were nickel free (I can wear almost anything but nickel irritates my ears sometimes). I was told they would not bother me but unfortunately, they did end up irritating my ears. The earrings are so cute but I can’t wear them, and I couldn’t even return them since they were on sale :(. The best they could help was by telling me to try putting nail polish on the earrings to stop any irritation. I’m so disappointed that they have such pretty jewelry but poor quality material used...
