I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I called ahead to have a costume held, and when I arrived, the staff claimed they did not have it even though I could clearly see the costume behind the counter. They actually asked me to call the store even though I was standing in the store so I could talk to the person who was holding it. Only when that person came to help me did they give me the costume. The staff was unfriendly to the point of being rude through this entire process. Unfortunately this experience did not end there. When I got home and tried the costume on the seam immediately ripped and it was not because the costume was too small. The quality was terrible for the price. Just found this place today while looking for an open Halloween store, I am so glad spirit wasn't open because I would not have found this place. This place is massive and it has pretty much anything and everything you could ever want when it comes to Halloween and other things. I've never been any store that size especially a specialty store for Halloween. I am in awe, and the prices are awesome too, much better than anyone else... Oh and I heard they don't disappear after Halloween like the other Halloween places do. And the staff in charge today.. I think her name is Sherri was phenomenal and she knew where everything was that we needed or asked for... And what I mean when I say she knew where everything was you have to see the size of this place to understand... I'll definitely be back,...

I have a love hate relationship with this place!! They have a huge variety of Halloween everything! They also offer different costumes, like santa and the Easter bunny. Their prices vary depending on the quality. This past year I also discovered they have a clearance section that's huge!! Of course some peices are missing and you have to scrounge to find something good! The hate part is they always have the same stuff! Some of it looks like it should have been tossed years ago! I feel if they did a throughout cleaning of their inventory they could get newer items! The staff are great tho and every year I find myself...
