My husband and I used Sabyl's to plan our wedding bands and we could not have been happier with the results. Charlie, the owner, has so many years of experience and is super knowledgeable about the entire jewelry design and purchasing process. He also made sure to give us timely updates and communicated with us throughout the process. Most important of all, he was the most supportive and determined jeweler of any we had spoken to. My husband was given last minute orders from the Army that he would be deploying abroad by the end of the year, which gave us only about six weeks to plan everything for our small "COVID" wedding. We had been given rings, which were heirlooms from our parents and great grandparents, and only needed to make small adjustments like sizing and resetting one stone. Everywhere else we spoke to said there was no way they could help us in time or they could not use what we had. Thankfully, Charlie said he could definitely accommodate our needs within our timeframe, and he was fantastic with handling our heirloom pieces, helping us blend them with a custom band we had made. Again, I highly recommend Sabyl's, whether you want something custom, have an existing piece altered, or if you have no idea what you want or where to start, they are great! Charles at Sabyl's is a one of a kind. He cares so deeply about what you want and he will help you get it. I was looking for an engagement ring and after going to a few different places around town he was the best. He knew what he was doing, he understood what I was looking for and he made it happen. I had already bought a diamond online and looking back I would have gotten a better deal buying it from him. I had found a setting I liked and even though it was not a normal place he used, he said lets do it with no questions. If you are looking for a place that is blinding and the employees are trying to push you out of your budget and up-sell you, don’t go to Sabyl's. If you are looking for a place that will go above and beyond with no pressure, good communication, great pricing and excellent customer service, then go to Sabyl's. We had a ring made for my daughter who's 17 and autistic. I took a diamond I had and showed Charlie at Sabyls what we were looking for. We took a picture of a ring weed found and redesigned it it looks totally different. Charlie kept us updated with pictures as the process went on. When it was finished she sent us some very close up pictures. We were amazed at what he had made for us! I've never seen a ring so beautiful! He definitely went above and beyond for us.
