Had best visit ever this time. A very nice Spanish lady went out of her way 2 get whatt I wanted. I wanted ur Christmas boxes. U didn't have them put yet. I found her stocking shelves, asked if had them out, said they were still in storeroom, wouldn't b out 4 couple days yet. I asked if u had the assort Christmas bags out, she took me 2 them. Awhile I was picking them out she came back 2 me, asked how long I wld b, said 2 give her 5min that she was going 2 look 4 the boxes. I waited then headed 4 checkout. While checking out she came w cart of white boxes. Asked if that was what I wanted. I said was looking 4 assort hard Christmas boxes. She then asked if I wld give her 5min. I waited and soon she came back w cart full of exactly what I wanted! She kept taking them apart, I took 5. The manager/supervisor was close 2 us, so she helped her go 2 open cash register 2 bag up my items. I told her thank you several times, she'd say was their job 2 help. She walked out w me 2 make sure I got 2 car ok. We were parked right by door, so husband got loaded. I thanked her again, told her she made my day and definitely wld b shopping here again! She said I made her day, that this is just something w do. She definitely went above and beyond taking time from her job 2 help me. I hope she gets some recognition on her...

I hate to change my rating other than I shop at the store several times I love all that they have so to offer and crafts and party stuff. Last week I was misled by a sale price online. Since I needed the item that day I went to the store to purchase it. I notice some of the cells items that on sale online was the same price in the store only one item wasn't the same price as the sale price. I brought it to the sale clerk attention who was also a manager stated on his badge. He didn't know why it kept bringing up for the higher price so he called over the other manager. Which she perceived to tell me that since it has a yellow tag on it they cannot mark the item down to the sales price. Yellow tag had the statement your price under the price. And your price items never go on sale or marked down because it's at its lowest price. She said although it is not updated on the website what the price should be and the 'Your price ' policy it will be updated soon. If I want that item for the sale price I would have to purchase it online . I purchased any in the store for the higher price although I was livid and appalled by...

I really want to like this store, but for the most part I don't think it's all that people rave about. As a knitter, I have shopped at Joanns and Michael 's occasionally for craft yarns, but was not impressed with the selection of yarns at Hobby Lobby. True, they aren't a specialty shop, but the prices seemed higher for the store-brand crafter yarns, and the stock seemed limited. So outside of the yarn area, there are a lot of decorating options (artwork and what my grandma would call nic-nacs) but those also seem pricey unless you catch a 50% off sale. Even the floral selection was meh for the price. Overall, if you happen to have a coupon or there is a sale on something you like-I did get two framed art prints for the bathroom at 50% off-I think I might give Hobby...
