If you are thinking about going to tas in Holland to get your windows tinted let me save you the time and hassle and steer you away from this place. Here was my experience. Called around 11am in a Friday to see if I could get my windows done in the near future well turns out they were able to do it that day at noon so I drive there get it done took about an hour and a half (two front windows and entire windshield ) not bad nothing to complain about at this point . So I get home and later that day I go and check out the job they did (should’ve done this before I left the store but had a screaming toddler so I wanted to get home) the film on the windshield didnt fit the entire window so instead of redoing the film or getting the right film whatever the case was they took a marker of some sort and colored around the film on the whole passenger side and part of the top to hide the fact that the film didn’t cover the entire window like someone isn’t going to notice your hack job work when they are paying a “professional company” to do the job. So I call Saturday and they say alright yeah come on in and we’ll take care of that for ya this was at 9am Saturday. So I get there around 10 and after waiting about 15 to 20 min someone finally was able to come out and look at the poor job that was done to verify that it in fact needs to be replaced . So we then go back in and he says he can get it done that day and he will call me when they free up in a couple hours we’ll I never received a phone call so I call back around 3 and talk to seriously like 4 different people on the phone to try and resolve this problem I was never rude or difficult to deal with as I like to see how these businesses handle these situations. So after 4 people I get told it won’t get done that same day now and that I have to make an appt to get it fixed which wasnt a big deal maybe just tell me that before I waste my time driving back up there from lambertville for no reason. So then my appt was Monday at 9 am get there at 905 maybe 910 as they open right at 9 so I gave them some time to get situated as they may have been just arriving to work. Well then I finally get my windshield fill replaced and done correctly this time I will say but didn’t get it until 1130 so 3 trips to tas from lambertville and 4 hours later I finally have my windows done . The film is looking good so far as it’s still drying but I will never spend another dollar with this company for the way I was treated when doing business there . Hope this helps ! And for tas honestly that’s a shame hopefully you see this and make some changes thanks ( I wish I could add photos so I could show you the first...
Read morePurchased a car starter and reverse camera for my husband as a gift. Originally, I told the salesperson Dave that my husband would install himself. However, ultimately returned and paid for installation of the car starter and scheduled appointment. Confirmed we purchased the correct starter for his 2008 F 1-50 that he sold me originally, the FlashLogic. Dave asked several times if it was a push start and I said no, he believed me after I said I drove the truck and knew what a push start was (lets overlook that, he was busy and trying to get out the door for the holiday). Husband arrives for scheduled appointment and was told I, the wife, purchased the wrong starter. Upon review of the FlashLogic website, that starter isn't compatible until 2011 F-150 trucks. So in fact I was sold the incorrect starter to begin with. Fast forward where my husband is now sold a Compustar car starter and of course a warranty must be added to match and/or increase the cost of what I paid for the flashlogic. I told my husband to expect to pay for labor for the reverse camera if he wants that installed (instead of doing it himself). The labor for the car starter and reverse camera my husband is now paying for, is THREE TIMES the amount the labor I originally paid for. It must take 3 times the effort to install a reverse camera over a car starter. Overall, an unpleasant experience, and customers must do their own research instead of relying on the experts they are paying for. Would have given 2 stars for a completed job if the lock button on his brand new key fob was connected to the actual lock sound on the truck. Excuses you are giving in these reviews of the key fob being important to determine is BS based on the flashlogic website I reviewed, it's all on there (information readily available for your staff). Even if that were the case maybe, just maybe, you should say that to your paying customers as you sell them things. I would have driven the truck up to the store with the key fob if I knew that was necessary for you to ensure a smooth experience for the person receiving the gift I paid for. On top of allll of this, my husband tells me the Drone app I purchased him for his car starter he has to login into every single time before starting the truck. I walked away and looked at me receipt to see "all sales final", really nice that wasn't...
Read moreI recently purchased a new vehicle and wanted my amp and speakers hooked up. Within two weeks of having my new car I scheduled an appointment to get it done, at this point I had no problems with my car. The appointment went fine and within a few days after the install I noticed I was getting a service light on my dash and my door locks were not working. I called the dealership to get it checked out. At this point I did not even think the system would have been the problem. I just assumed the car had an issue and I have a warranty for it. I finally got into a dealership within a few weeks and they discovered that tas had went into the wiring harness and cut 3 wires, electrical taped one wire back together and left the other 2 wires live touching metal causing them to short out. Which caused the service light and functions to not work properly. I had to pay the dealership to fix what they messed up. I went back to tas with photos and the report from the dealership to give them the opportunity to resolve it and pay for the repair without involving insurance and/or a lawsuit. He was rude and uncooperative and told me they didn't do it and I'm just assuming they did it. I told them that the first two weeks I had my car everything worked fine and ironically right after the install is when it happened. No one else was in the wiring harness except for them. So how could it not be there fault. Not to mention if it was already like that they would have called me immediately and told me there was cut wires in there so they wouldn't be held responsible. Also if it was like that before the install I would have had the issue prior to the install which I didn't. Once the dealership fixed the cut wires everything started working properly. Again he was rude and basically said we are not responsible, we didn't do it. I asked for the insurance company information and got blown off as if he didn't know who the insurance company is and said he would call me with it. I haven't received the info yet and if I don't get it soon I will need to take the next step and file a suit. I'm writing this review because I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Just be careful I recommend if you do get anything installed here ask to see all the wiring and make sure its...
