Ordered take out about a month ago ( breakfast sampler) they messed up my order district or regional manager, Angie sent me a free entree and drink in the mail. I order again (today) horrible experience. Arrived at 6:02 pm. When I walked in food was just coming up. Took about 2-3 mins for someone to even come up front to even acknowledge me. Restaurant wasn’t busy only about 4 tables at the time. Manager IN STORE Angie took forever to comp my meal that was owed to me. Her and Ashley (the server) were trying to solve a very simple issue. ( an issue that a real manager should have had no problem solving in a matter of a a minute or 2). Also, her and the customer at the table talking shit while she should’ve been doing her job. by the time I walked out it was 6:20pm. I could’ve order another meal in the time it took. While all she needed to simply do was comp a meal that should’ve take less than a minute. ( I’ve worked as a server and bartender for 6 ears so I know food service fairly well.) Once I got in the car my food was already COLD because I spent 18 minutes inside ihop waiting for Angie’s to do her job. In addition, Steak bites were ordered MEDIUM However, they made yet ANOTHER MISTAKE and they were WELL DONE. I say all that to say: While Angie should’ve made her owner some money (because I ordered more than just my FREE entree & drink.) unfortunately the owner of that franchise made $0 dollars on that transaction. All because she couldn’t do her job a simple matter of problem solving. With service and management like that, I can see why they’re going down hill. Keep it up, that place will be turning into a sheets gas station or car wash in no time! Lol

When we got there we ended up having to wait a whole other hour even though the store only had one other person in it waiting for a to go. And it only had probably maybe one or two guests that were eating inside it wasn't busy at all. And then after all that waiting I finally get home and get my food and this is what I get. The chicken quesadilla is missing chicken. And the sad thing is I used to work here this was one of my first jobs and I recently tried to work here a few months ago but their management sucks. And what made it so bad I guess they were asking to speak to the manager and they're my boyfriend said one of the other ladies waiting on their food. And they lied to her and said that the manager was not in there and she was the one making the food she made it like this. No accountability. Horrible customer service because why would you make people wait that long and it was at least four or five people once we got ready to leave. Love IHOP but just not the people or the service is going downhill and hopefully they can actually do something to change this because it's a national chain and they have a standard that they need to uphold.

This ihop was trash. I would have rather gotten my meal from a dumpster fire, at least then the food would be hot. My fiancee and my daughters food were both cold. And look at this sad excuse for biscuits and gravy. I had to ask for gravy 3 times in order to get enough to cover the biscuits. On top of that the gravy had no flavor, im not sure what Karen was back there cooking but she needs to learn to use salt and pepper at least because flour is not a spice. I'd rather be back in Iraq eating a sand sandwich than to step foot into this Ihop again. I will say at least they figured out how to butter toast. As Charlie Murphy said I wish I had 2 more hands so I could give this place 4 thumbs down. The manager did decide to give us unseasoned chunks of ice for free. Our waitress was awesome, she is the only reason why this place got 1 star.

My wife stopped in here on a Friday night about 9:50 PM. There was no line at the hostess stand, and no hostess either, and we waited about 3 or 4 minutes to be seated. No big deal. The hostess said "your server will be with you shortly." My wife went to move the silverware and discovered there was something on the napkin of the silverware, not sure what as she did not want to touch it. We then looked over the menu to decide what we wanted while we were waiting for our server. After making my decision I looked around and noticed 3 waitresses, 1 of who was going in and out of the kitchen and out to various tables on the dining floor. Obviously this was her doing her job. The other 2 waitresses were standing around talking. Ok, they may be in shift change or something, not going to stress about it. I checked the time on my tablet as we had already been seated about 5 minutes and it said 9:56 PM. I then looked around the dining area and counted 7 tables with customers seated there. I told my wife if it gets to be 10:05 and no waitress has come by, we were leaving. At 10:06 we still had not been waited on and we stood up and put our coats on to leave. At this point one of the waitresses who had been standing around talking the last 10-15 minutes starts to walk towards us, sees us put our coats on and gets a look on her face like how dare we decide to leave. But does she approach us at all? No. She literally shrugged her shoulders and turned around to go back to standing around doing nothing. As we circled the building to leave I glanced in the restaurant and noticed she was still standing there in the same spot doing nothing. Needless to say, I won't be returning there anytime soon. For starters, 34 people have been POISONED by SALMONELLA at IHOP. Notwithstanding, I tried ordering from IHOP and ordered a 2x2x2 pancake/eggs/bacon breakfast carryout order on 6/20/2023 around 1230 PM via UberEats. IHOP did not include butter. I did not learn this until I got home and was unable to eat the pancakes because I did not have butter in my fridge either. When I called on the phone to ask about this the restaurant manager said it is their policy not to include butter with pancake orders. When I expressed opposition to this idea, they played the victim and essentially told me not to come back.

Edit 6/30/2023 I can see your reply. I already spoke with the restaurant manager, regional manager, and the IHOP corporate office (case number 3141616) and all of you refused to help me and accused me of harassment for trying reach your restaurant manager and obtain his name after he told me it is official policy not to include butter and rudely hung up the phone on me when I expressed opposition to this policy. Every time I called the restaurant your employees were instructed to hang the phone up on me or keep me me on hold indefinitely without ever answering the phone. Quit pretending you actually care. You already told me not to eat at that restaurant anymore so I can't even go back there. I tried to resolve my issues amicably and reasonably; I have already spent several hours dealing with you. All of this only to be told that butter is not important, I am the problem, you're keeping my money, and I can't come back. I'm not going to waste any more time dealing with this. Typically an understanding and patient customer in sitdown settings, this experience I felt the need to share. There were 3 tables, and a few to go orders. 40 mins after being seated, we were finally asked if we needed refills on our drinks. My coffee was promptly refilled as the karaf was on the table across from us. My husband's drink on the other hand took around 10 additional mins (20 mins after he'd actually needed a refill), as the cook and waitress were too busy gossiping about another employee and trying to void out her employee meal after she had walked out. This is something that could've been done at any time. Meanwhile we could see our food sitting at the window ready to go for that same 10 mins. Finally 45 mins after our orders were placed, our food was brought out. Im understanding, because hey its just one waitress, if youre busy its cool. Except its not cool, because not only is it only 3 quiet tables, we couldn't get checked on for drinks, and our food...not what we ordered, and cold because its been sitting in that window for entirely too long. We informed her my husband still needed his omelet, that they hadn't even started on. We also informed her that my order had multiple things wrong. After discovering how cold the eggs were, and realizing we would need to wait even longer for everything to be remade correctly, we decided to cancel the order. We told her we would pay for whatever needed to be covered, but we were leaving. She said to not worry about it, so we left and proceeded to dennys, which ended up actually being worth the 2nd wait of the night.
