Spring Meadows Place — Local services in Maumee

I have taken my dogs for grooming at this location many times. I booked appointment for my 2 pups last week for Tuesday November 10. I received confirmation messages to verify everything. I received follow up messages to remind me and asking me to confirm the appointment. Today I get a voice message saying I need to reschedule one of them. Upon calling I was given some excuse that it is a glitch in the app software. I was told the appointment was booked with a groomer and I need a bather. Then I was told I was booked with a bather and I need a groomer. Then the manager said the person that I was booked with was in training and had to finish her training before she could do more than two dogs a day. When I asked the manager how many dogs are booked before my dog, since they open at nine and our appointment was at 10. All he would say was it is a computer error. I can tell talking to the manager into the original person I spoke to you in the grooming department they didn’t care. Sure, they said they were sorry. but was very disingenuous. There was no attempt to “squeeze” us in, or check another Groomer’s schedule. In fact when I was originally called I was told that they could reschedule for Friday when I called back 15 minutes later I was offered a appointment a week later no Friday. It was obvious to me that this location no longer has any customer service no attempt was made to find a spot that day. In order to help them out, I cancelled both dogs for tomorrow. It’s very interesting that the BS excuse for my first dog’s appointment cancellation wasn’t an issue for my 2nd dog. They were both scheduled with the same groomer. I guess by 2 PM that groomer would suddenly have finished...
