WAV11 — Local services in McAlester

I received immediate service when I entered the WAV11 shop. The individual who waited on me listened carefully to me as I described the problems I was having with my laptop computer. She then took the computer and plugged it in so she could analyze the problems. It took her about 5 minutes to diagnose and fix the problems. She then shut the computer down and handed it back to me. She explained how I could correct the problems if they occurred again in the future. I reached into my wallet to pay for services and she refused payment. She said the problems were so trivial that no charges were required. I thanked her and praised WAV11. Last year I had my computer hacked and WAV11 folks had done an outstanding job of cleaning and repairing the damage that the hackers had caused. I called about a LCD repair for an HP laptop. I asked for the total price of the repair which the technician told me $150 plus tax. I said it would be probably cheaper for me to buy a new laptop. And reply he said that I couldn’t get a laptop for less than 200 and I told him I got this laptop for two hundred a couple of years ago at Best Buy on sale.
