Terrible experience. They are nothing but scammers. Check your numbers for yourself. I’ve bought pieces from them before because they had good work, but after they blew up on social media, they became greedy and just tricking people into believing they’re getting one price and really it’s another. Quiero compartirles la mala experiencia que pasé con esta tienda También quiero decirle a toda la gente que tenga cuidado y que no confíe en ellos yo mandé hacer una cadena de 22 kilates con 120 g, me atendió la señorita Odalis me dijo que el tiempo para entregarla era de 6 a 8 semanas. Y lo acepté. Ella me pidió $2000 de depósito y yo se los di sin ningún problema Cuando pasaron cuatro semanas, me mandó un mensaje diciendo que la cadena se iba a tardar 10 semanas y sería entregada del 5 de abril al 9 llegó el día nueve y no me llamó nadie, tuve que llamar para saber qué pasó y decirles que si no la tenía lista, quería la devolución de mi dinero. Hablé con una persona más y le pedí hablar con el dueño, esa persona me pasó en el teléfono al dueño hablé con él y le dije que si no la tenía lista. Necesitaba la devolución del depósito y me contestó no no te voy a devolver nada, me molesté y seguimos hablando y me dijo, dejemos de hablar de todos lo sucedido. Yo me comprometo a entregársela el día viernes pasó media hora y me llamó otra persona de su oficina, diciéndome a qué número quería el reembolso de los $2000 de depósito porque mi pedido estaba cancelado.
