Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in McAllen

I need to give this store a 1 for a bad experience today. I haven't gone to Victoria Secret for almost 2 years now but my bras were starting to strangle me, or course, I gained weight so I went today. I'm there waiting to be measured to be assisted and I felt kinda avoided; ignored by the floor service, you have to be inches from their face to get their attention. The lady measured me outside the dressing room for a 38C when I was wearing a 38D.... That's when i was like....um no. I was going to give the dressing room a chance so they could measure me inside but it was like the lady did not want to suggest checking my size-a different lady. I told her 38 is not working for me, I came here after 2 years and it's tightening, so she suggested she'll get me a 40c or 40d. She seemed very occupied with other customers in dressing room, giving them all the attention they need; I waited for the bras she suggested for over 20 plus minutes; maybe more(did she forget me?) yeah she did. I got dressed, was about to leave and she was like,"Oh!, They never brought it for you?" I was like, " what??" She was like "I'm sorry, let me get it for you." I got slightly annoyed and hurt to feel like I was being avoided and completely forgotten that I was still inside the dressing room. I thought it was weird that the lady continued to suggest sports bras at size 38 like she forgot I told her they fit too tight..... The 40c and d, I wasn't sure about but they did for conformably...... Only funny thing is another associate from the sales floor said the store doesn't carry 40c,d, just up to 38dd, the dressing room lady didn't even suggest that size but I wasn't going to stay there another 30 minutes-hour. Very bad experience. Sorry for long details. The lady in the dressing room, her name was weird to recall it but she had strikes of blonde brown hair, looks like she's in her 40s-50s. And the one who measured me outside was brunette, short with glasses, like in her 50s-60s. And this was midday. So if you know your over weight, get ready to be avoided. That's what it felt like. McAllen, Tx Worst visit ever to a major retailer! My daughter gave me a gift bag filled with VS goodies for my birthday, unfortunately two items didn’t fit. As soon as I walked into VS, I was attacked by a sales rep. She accused me of trying to return a free gift workout bag I was carrying. The rep. not waiting to address my concern if she would’ve she would have known I was trying to exchange-two items inside my free bag. She accused me as several other customers had tried to return the free bag. That wasn’t all, mgmt was advised & she took me to customer service. They exchanged my items for items only available online. Well VS Rep. took all my info & after a couple days later I checked status & my online order had been canceled! I’m out of everything! HORRIBLE service! ZERO STARS to...
