Why have they not made an option to leave zero stars! The only good thing I have to say about this store is Alyssa! She has been very kind and helpful throughout. Long story short….. pick out a furniture set, ended up not liking the sectional so we swapped it out! Made the first months payment upfront. Then got charged another payment within a few days. Also furniture was messed up and still isn’t fully fixed. Contacted corporate in regard to everything with no call back from them, only the store. When they sent their “repair” guy out, which ended up being the delivery guys… they only replaced the bottom portion of the broken loveseat. Didn’t fix anything else. The coffee table they brought to replace the broken one, looked the same so I returned that one. The delivery guys left without saying a word. I called the store to report all of this and while on the phone my dogs were going crazy. After getting off the phone I went to see why and the delivery guys left my storm door locked open. I proceeded to close it and come to find out they broke the handle, the bottom screw was ripped out… Called corporate again. Then talked to Juan from the store, which got me nothing but attitude and disrespect. The delivery guys came today, well one of them and a new guy. The delivery guy was giving me uncomfortable looks so I asked him to get off of my property. He cried racism because he is Mexican and I’m white. Which mind you this same guy was in my house having an episode of anger due to not being able to put the loveseat together without issue. He was slamming the piece trying to get it to go together. Sweating and acting like he was going to snap due to the frustrations of the loveseat. I turned the lights and fan on to try and help him. He even made my 3 year old daughter uncomfortable but I kept my mouth shut because I know things can be aggravating. Back to today, the new guy that accompanied the driver claimed there’s no way they broke the handle. That they couldn’t have ripped a screw out of a handle just by hitting it. They’d have to use a screw driver. Duh. Well I called corporate for a 3rd time and am told that someone above the regional manager should be contacting me. Hopefully someone other than the store contacts me. DO NOT GO HERE!! Literally nothing...
Read moreI have never needed to use a furniture rental place before now. My boyfriend was in the hospital with two broken ribs from a fall. He was in excruciating pain and needed a lift recliner chair to sleep in and help lift him up into a standing position. I made a few calls to see if I could get one delivered that day. Aaron’s had the chair I needed and it was the only company out of the three I spoke to, that could even remotely accommodate my needs. I drove over there right away. I was super impressed with the showroom and the quality of the furniture in it. One of the chairs they had was exactly what I needed. Heather was who I worked with in the showroom. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me get the chair ordered quickly and efficiently as I was on my lunch break from work. I really needed it delivered that day or my boyfriend would not be able to come home from the hospital. They all jumped through hoops to make that happen. The delivery team was already booked up for the day. After they had done all their deliveries for the day, they went back and picked up my chair and delivered it that evening. Needless to say, I was extremely grateful and very impressed with the customer service I received there. It is now my new favorite place to go...

Delivery guys are great! I didn’t get their names but I know one of them has delivered to my home twice and is such a nice young man. The guys that delivered my items today were super nice and patient. I had a dent on my appliance and right away they called Juan when I asked them to. Juan took care of the problem in a very professional manner.
