THIS IS A MUST DO!! GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I cannot say enough good things about this place or the owner, Carlos. I went to this location for the very first time yesterday. I really was unsure what to expect from a "touchless" massage. I did view the wesite beforehand to get as much information as possible. But you see the photos and think "chair massage" how good can that be? Well, let me tell you, it's phenomenal!! It definitely exceeded my expectations. What immediately stood out to me was the 5⭐️ Google review with almost 300 reviews! That's pretty impressive. It's a very clean and well organized space. Carlos was very welcoming, professional and informative. The first thing he did was to explain everything in detail and answer my questions. There are several options that you choose from to enhance the overall experience. From a list you choose a scent, sound, lights and theme you would like. I chose lavender for the scent, ocean for the sound and blue lights. Once Carlos took a few moments to prepare the room according to my selections, he took me back. There are 2 chairs in the room and the walls are black with low lighting which makes for a relaxed atmosphere. There was an image of the beach on the wall and the sound of waves crashing. Everything can be adjusted to your preference. When you sit in the chair your hands and arms, feet and legs fit inside the grooves of the chair. Next, it will take a minute to scan or analyze your height and size and adjust accordingly. It feels like the best, most comfortable recliner you've ever sat in. Once the program starts, the chair is continually moving and massaging all parts of your body. There are even rollers that get the bottoms of your feet. Your hands, arms, feet, legs, back, neck and base of your head are being massaged throughout the whole process. I think one of the best things for me was the neck and head massage. You can select the intensity and there are many levels, anywhere from a light touch to a deep massage. Once the massage started Carlos waited a little bit and then came back to confirm how I was doing and whether or not I wanted to change or adjust anything. I opted to have a heated shoulder wrap. It was so relaxing and a great experience! I have friends who have never had a massage because they don't want to undress and/or have someone touch them. This would be perfect!! Also, if you don't like leaving a massage covered in oil or lotion or maybe you have sensitive skin to certain products, this is also perfect!! Escape Zero Gravity Massage is an experience that you do not want to miss. After your first experience, you will want to come back again and again. When you think of a chair massage, you think of the the offerings in the center of the mall, that is in no way this, at all. This is an amazing chair that puts you in the zero gravity position, which is what the astronauts are in, when they launch into space. Your feet and calves are inside these sleeves and your arms are also in sleeves. Air bags go off in those areas and your feet are massaged from underneath. There are airbags on each side of your shoulders that go off throughout the massage. The technology is amazing , as the program accesses your body, it puts the neck massager in the right position. It massages your neck, shoulders, back and under your tush. All of this done by a chair massage and it is done with your clothes on and no person ever touches you. There are also goggles that you put over your eyes and there is a built in massager that massages your forehead and temple. The entire experience is awesome and I am a regular now. Just give it a try, you will not be disappointed. I do an hour session each time that I go, because 30 minutes is not long enough to fully relax and enjoy the experience. This is my husband and I's experience. It wasn't for us.

I'll be honest, it wasn't what we thought it would be. Overall we were very disappointed. Carlos wasn't there and his wife, who was very nice, doesn't speak a lot of English so there posed a barrier.

We weren't asked any questions about what kind of massage we would like, just the settings of the room. I saw on the screen that there were multiple options. Not just level 1-5.

The massage repeated the same thing over and over and that wasn't appealing and quite overwhelming. The chairs aren't designed for a tall person, my husband is 6'6.

He had to take his feet out multiple times and it didn't get his legs at all. His headphones kept going in and out and the massage didn't get his neck at all. And the sound repeats over and over. Would be nice if it was mixed with other sounds.

It wasn't comfortable. Neither of us felt like the massage did anything for us after or even today. I was left with a pain that wouldn't go away that night.
