I recently dined at La Luna and had a truly delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and attentive service. Our waiter, Oscar, was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The food was absolutely delicious! Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The portion sizes were generous, leaving us feeling satisfied but not overly full. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a leisurely evening with friends. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance was very pleasant. While Oscar was outstanding, it's worth mentioning that all the other staff we interacted with were equally attentive and professional. Our waiter is Luis. This is our new spot. We've been coming here for a couple of months. At least once a week. We believe in supporting local businesses and the waiters and waitresses. We had a waiter that recognized us when we got one of his tables. At that time, he had only waited on us 1 time. So right there and then he became our waiter but most importantly a friend. We are very loyal and like to visit our favorite establishments regularly. So this is just the customer service the food is great. Once I find something I like, I stick to it and don't change what I eat. 2 bite tacos are the bomb. Great flavor, and my waiter PEDRO knows how I like my food. I've given this location 2 stars based on our experience and customer service. The food tasted okay and we were disappoint on the taste of the items we ordered. Everything looks so good based on the pictures other users have posted, but the sazon is not there!

We got seated right away but our waiter took a very long time to just get our drink orders. I don't know if they were short staffed that day or our waiter was new.

Everyone else that came after us got their 5 different house salsas and we had to ask our waiter to get the additional salsas with our "chips and salsa." Also, our waiter seemed flustered when asking him for refills or additional items.

Lastly, he had to correct our receipt 3 times b/c he could not get our items on the receipt correctly. 3 times he charged our card and then would have to void that transaction. I guess the 3rd time...
