It's decent haven't had any huge issues besides them charging me 160 when the were supposed to only charge me 85 but it only happened once and did not miss out on the money it went twords my purchase. But to be honest the only reason I went through them is because I live check to check and have difficulty saving money so to a purchase a washer and dryer when my last two sets broke within a month of each other and I honestly had no choice so I broke down and went thru arrons I'm not upset at all I just can't believe they charge how much they do it's crazy they honestly charge enough to buy another 2 sets from you buying the one. I would have bought a used set but I don't drive and my house only has room for a stackable set so it makes my options harder to find for the price I could pay atm and in my area. But they gotta make money...

Love not just the convenience of getting what I want "right now", but the respect and kindness that are given repeatedly by both management and staff are SO appreciated! I heard a customer loudly complaining over the phone while I stood across the counter about phone calls made to their family regarding their need to contact the store...Truly...we ALL KNOW WHEN our account is due! If we are smart enough to "rent it" than we know the drill. If you don't want those phone calls...call them first to tell them you'll be late, when you'll be making that payment...DONT MAKE THEM CHASE YOU THEN COMPLAIN that they have to do their job!!! At least they try to work with you to keep your things! Be grateful! McMinville's Aaron's is pretty awesome in their Customer...

A terrible company. Constantly lying about stuff trying to charge multiple times the same payment. Literally trying to steal money. They sell old stuff as “new” and claim things like “oh this tv didn’t come with the power cord” “ oh this bed set don’t come with all the parts”. Worst part is how they don’t care how they treat there customers. Multiple times I’ve came in here and seen the manager and her employees making fun of a customers appearance or the way they look, for example calling a lady fat over the phone or being blatantly racist towards darker skinned customers. Very poor and unprofessional human beings work here. With all the illegal stuff they do here I’m surprised they haven’t had...
