I ordered a plant to be delivered at my mom’s house for Saturday. She (owner or whoever was working) called me the Friday before the delivery to confirm and asked if it was okay to use a similar plant and I had no issue with that at all. I called at 9:30am on Saturday to see when the plant was going to be delivered and there was no answer. I called ALL day, was never able to leave a message, and emailed them and I never received an answer. When I called today (Monday) to ask what had happened to my delivery, all she said was “I tried calling you until we closed.” That is a blatant lie, because I had my phone on me all day and she called the day before and the call came through just fine. She never gave a reason why she didn’t deliver the plant, just that she tried calling. I went out on a whim to order from here because I wasn’t sure how it would go, and I for sure learned my lesson. McMinnville Florist helped me in a HURRY and got me squared away. “All-O-K’sions” did not deliver the day I ordered for, never contacted me, and never gave a reason as to why she didn’t deliver my plant for my mom. How lovely! I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday today. It’s tough because we haven’t seen each other in over a year with me moving to AZ. Fortunately I was able to get an angel on the phone, Pam. Her charm and southern hospitality makes miss my hometown of McMinnville more than ever. However, Im so glad I chose All-O-K’Sions. We were new to the community and received a coupon for a free bouquet. When I stopped in for the bouquet they got on it right away and I honestly wasn't expecting much but I was totally blown away when they gave me a large, gorgeous bouquet! It was so beautiful! And the flowers were so fresh! I set them on my kitchen table and they were beautiful for 2 whole weeks! I was totally impressed. One of the ladies that works there gave my young daughter a balloon while we waited, of course that made her day 😊 .... I will definitely use this florist...
