I haven't been in a Hallmark store in over a decade. This year I've been on a post-Christmas mission to gather ornaments, as my new house holds a 15+ foot Christmas tree, so I can suddenly decorate much more than previously. Yay!

Hallmark is located in the strip anchored by Goodwill and Planet Fitness, actually between the two. It's a good size shop and they had all the Christmas stuff up front. I did find a couple cute ornaments, though was shocked to see the normal price in most was $20. Even at half off they were a bit much! They do have a lot of stuff. I didn't explore outside of Christmas, but there is clothing, accessories, toys, cards, candles, even a case of chocolate!

They have a reward program and they'll send you coupons. The employees are very friendly and nice. Overall, Hallmark is the gift shop of yesteryear. I am a frequent Hallmark shopper. The store closer to me closed, so I went to this location for the October Ornament Premier. This store is sadly poorly run. The store is very overcrowded with merchandise. There were piles of unpacked boxes blocking aisles and several people tripped while we were there. This store is too small to have so much merchandise. Besides being disorganized, it is also unclean. I reached to grab a plush item off an upper shelf and it was completely covered in dust that had been there for a long time. The store needs a deep clean. Finally, the person that appeared to be the manager or lead was rude. I was standing looking at ornaments and she said "looks like peope just want to stand in the way of the ornaments," clearly directed at me. I was there to look at ornaments! Needless to say her rudeness has guaranteed that I will never step foot in this store again. Save your time and go to a clean friendly Hallmark store in Gresham...

They always have great first ideas to go along with their stellar card selection and their staff and manager are all great.
