Today my partner and I went into Nature's Pet Market so overwhelmed with where to begin with feeding our new puppy and Dylan did an absolutely fantastic job putting us at ease. He was so kind, extremely knowledgable and articulate. If you get the chance, let Dylan really go and you'll get to experience his passion for what he does. His passion shines through in his enthusiastic way he explains everything. So much knowledge, all with a genuine smile. He really knows what he's talking about and it's apparent that this store means more to him than being just his job. He took the time to walk us around the store which made us feel so comfortable knowing the next time we go in we'll be familiar. He spoke to us in depth about all of the products pertaining not only our current needs, but our future needs as well. With his bright smile and great attitude, he surely made our day. Thank you Dylan for making this trip less scary and more fun. You should be so proud of yourself and what you bring to the community that gets to shop in your store. This place is filled with everything a dog needs thats actually healthy and safe. From toys to food to grooming. We have very special cats and a dog that needs specific type of foods and care and this is where I go to get that stuff. I cant afford the items they sell here so I go elsewhere but I wish I could. The people are dantastic and they are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and really really care about you and your pet. I bring my beauties over here so they can pet and snuggle them when I first got them lol. And I trust them with my pets. Definitely go to these people when in need of good food for your pets, wet and dry food. Also when you don't know what to do and have questions, ask away they always have an answer. Also I asked about products the Breeder for our cats used and they looked them up and compared for me with their own products and even offered to order another brand for me. Talk about amazing. The doors are nice and lite to get into Nature's Pet Market and the isles were nice and wide. So, kudos for Natures Pet Market for being handicap friendly! I was greeted by a nice lady sales clerk and I said hi in return. I always feel so important when I get greeted right away in a business. The sales clerk asked me if there was anything she could help me find, and I said no I was just looking but thanks for asking. They had a lot of stuff for such a small place. They had oodles of animal food, toys for your animals and shampoos. They had little doggie coats and scratching posts for your cat, treats for your dog or cat. And flea and tick lotions for your animals.
