Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Medford

This is my go to Dutch bros location. Always stop at this one if I can regardless of where I’m going. Their morning staff are all so friendly and kind and they have fantastic memories. I have a few regular orders I bounce between and there are at least 3 staff here who know all of them from memory. Maybe that just means I come here too often LOL. But honestly the staff are part of why I keep coming back! They never get an order wrong either - in fact with me and my regular orders if I change it even just slightly they always catch it and double check to make sure they didn’t misunderstand or I didn’t forget something. Baristas are extremely friendly and helpful here. They make a serious effort to remember your name, drink and vehicle so they will have your drink ready by the time you reach the window. Their recommendations are almost always spot on and they'll give you another drink if you don't like the one you ordered. Service at Dutch Bros is always top notch! They offer great specials, weekly and monthly. I'm so incredibly grateful they are all over this valley for our convenience. You'll never be let down! If you happen to not know about Dutch Bros you're probably not from around here. If you know about Dutch Bros you probably want one every time you see their sign. The coffee is delicious, the Rebels are energizing and tasty, and the Dutch Freezes are sweet, cold, and perfect for the summer. My kids though like to get Italian sodas and milkshakes with lots of whipped cream and sprinkles. Us grownups like to get a Snickers flavored white coffee.
