Nice place to shop clean friendly good customer service overall the wife goes there alot and I always ask her about customer service. However do not go there at opening if possible . There are a group of women that have been friends for years and the collect the Rae Dunn stuff sold there.... these women are kinda ruthless and will pull stuff outta your cart if its rae Dunn, cut u off with their carts, and the most childish thing of all stand in their group and just glare at you if u come close to the rae Dunn isle. They will stand in that store for hours waiting for this stuff to come out from the back. Think I'm joking ask any employee there and they will tell u...like 4 hours just camping out like a sniper....crazy right? Tried to get employees fired before for no reason and the manager won't do anything about...

The store is very unorganized and nothing is shelved where you should be able to find it . I went in for a few Halloween decorations on this visit was told everything Halloween was right by the door and nowhere else but upon shopping for other things there were random Halloween stuff in different locations throughout the store and I found another 20 floor mats of Halloween theme under a stack of everyday kitchen and doormats in the back . The store just seems thrown together it felt more like an elaborate yard sale with the mess all around. I will say that the young man who checked me out was very respectful and friendly but otherwise I didn't get very good customer service out on the floor when trying to...

Not impressed with employees. There were two greeters at the entrance of the store that wouldn’t stop there personal conversation to even acknowledge my family and my self. I was picking up some furniture that my mother purchased but couldn’t transport herself. After waiting patiently for these two teenage girls to complete there extremely important weekend plan convention.I was able to get one of there attention long enough to ask where to pick up an item that was paid for in advance.
