Absolute best Mexican food truck in town, hands down!!! All of their meats are incredibly well-seasoned, juicy, and cooked to perfection. Oh, and for the Trompo - they actually have a trompo!! I've had everything on the menu at least once, and nothing on it has ever disappointed. Their ingredients are fresh, their salsas are to die for, and their prices can't be beat. I recommend this place to all of my friends and family when they want Mexican food. Hell, I eat here myself every Friday night. Even when they're packed busy, the wait is never long. The parking lot can be treacherous if you don't have a truck, but there is parking around the back of the building if you need to use it.

Probably the absolute best taco cart/truck food in the Rogue Valley great prices and amazing food the El pastor is by far the best I've had in many years and for being such a small place they are able to pump out the orders quickly and accurately every single time I'm now eating here atleast 1 or more times a week and telling everyone that if they want some of the best Mexican style street food in the Valley and quite possibly the best in the state that this is the place to go. The breakfast burrito was huge and it filled up this 6'5" guy. The ingredients were evenly distributed in every bite - a rare thing for most places. They didn't skimp on the eggs and there was never once a dry bite that was all potato.
Also, it was both wrapped and inside a container, so it came out piping hot and kept its heat for a full hour as I ate it while driving.
There's just enough grilling to sear the tortilla nicely, which was perfectly chewy and has a sweet finish just like the tortillas at El Calentano and Tacos El Muchacho Alegre here in town.
