
My nephews have played baseball tournaments in this park for years. I finally got to make the trip up to watch them. I canāt say how nice this facility is. It is top notch in my opinion. I will also say, the Umps on field 5 were beyond awesome! The other fields the umps seemed good too but I watched like 6 games on field 5 and these 2 men were great! Very consistent on the strike zone for both teams! If there was any issues or questions, they took care of it right then! They were great with the kids. Took the time to explain to them and acted like they cared. I just thought these two men deserved recognition because Umps get a lot of guff. These 2 Umps were great! Itās nice to see and they held the kids to a high level of respect. It was just awesome to see!! I donāt know the Umps names but I canāt say, I was impressed. Not only they shrunk the hours but they actually close early for real tho. Its unfortunate as lots of people including me wanna kick the ball around with buddies but we cant because a simple group of 4 is using 2 nets (moved the nets closer) so we sit around, pass around and by the time people left they end up shutting off the lights
Its in the middle of summer it won't kill you to simply have the lights on and put your closing back at 10pm
I probably won't be coming back and a majority are also frustrated. Everyone left saying to each other why were the lights off
