Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Medford

Took my little brother to get his birthday drink, he turned 13 and was stoked to go. We ordered our drinks and the broista said that you're only allowed a free SMALL birthday drink now. I asked when it had changed from ANY SIZE to SMALL and all they said was it was a recent change. I didn't want to be an inconvenience so I just paid for his to be the bigger size and left.

I called the HQ number and asked about the change of rules and the corporate lady was beyond upset that I was told that there had been a rule change because there HADN'T.

On top of that, the service here is okay at best unless you're someone to be flirted with. The lines take forever and most orders I place are messed up in one way or another.

As a GP native I think it'd be beneficial for the employees at the Medford stands to train in Grants Pass to learn about how a Dutch...

Really bad costumer service at this location twice. When you pay $5+ Tip for a drink you don’t think people will tell you how to drink it or charge more for light Ice. One girl made a rude comment as I was leaving and I heard her.. just because I wanted a straw with my drink. It’s a little narrow minded to think you know better than someone else’s preference. Why not just give a straw and light ice with a smile? It will keep people coming and tipping more. I like the straw because my teeth are very sensitive to cold and some people like it to not stain their teeth. In the end isn’t a great experience for the guest/costumer more important than a power struggle over a straw or light ice ? We are paying more than a gallon of milk/ice...

Worst Dutch Bros location in Southern Oregon. Not only are the drinks not made properly, but the staff are rude. My drink was supposed to be blended, however, it was just watered down. I went back and asked for it to be remade, showing the staff that it was completely watery. No sign of any ice or blending whatsoever. They remade it, yet it was STILL watery. It tasted nothing like any vanilla bean blended chai I have ever had and I have ordered probably hundreds of those drinks. I did not...
