pretty good now that its not part of the Mall anymore but its stil the same layout minus its old entrance its all just basically moved to the other side and into more better organized bigger aisles and cleaner but as you progress throughout the store you can still tell where the layout WAS and is now its just reversed on the other side the restroom is stillthere and such overall i think they did a mUCH better job fixing it up as for YEARS at this store it was SO HARD to find items everything was LIMITED if you need stuff now its much easier to get still lacks in a few areas but its more stocked now as it was then + the bus stops literally 10 feet from their doors so its not hard to miss your bus you wont spend more than 20-30 mins here the selection is good WAY better than before but its not really a TON to see its enough that you can get in find what you need and leave there are still much better ones than this like the old AJ Wright at the Wellington Plaza now closed but when it was open always challenged this store. and the DTX / Fresh Pond locations...

This Marshall's location is by far the worst I've ever seen. It's always a mess, things scattered with little to no hope moving forward. Ive remained optimistic & keep coming back hoping it'll get better cause it used to be one of the best Marshall's around years ago but today it literally feels more like a flea market than a Marshall's. I don't think I've ever made a single purchase at this location in recent years cause it seems like this location gets all the garbage other locations can't sell. THEY NEVER HAVE ANYTHING WORTH SHOPPING FOR & I really don't know why I keep coming back here cause it's obvious this location doesn't get the higher ticket/brand name items I love to shop for. The men's cologne section is comical and borderline nonexistent, "men's clothing" section is more like "yo MTV raps section" & the children's section is one rack with literally 2' per size to choose from (IF THAT)! My son wears size 7-8 & they had NOTHING in those sizes. Bottom line, do yourself a favor and avoid this...

Bad customer service. I got there to buy some stuffs, I took a cosmetic bag which it was on clearance and it had the red tag, (there were like 3 more of those bags) when I was at the register, the lady took the bag and turned around to talk to another salesperson, I could not hear but she keeps looking at me, at first I was fine, but then while they were checking the item in a iPad or something they keep talking slow and looking at me, which it bothers me, so I told them that I did not want the item anymore, but they still sent someone to check the area where i took the bag to see if the other ones had the same price, im guessing they thought that i changed the price, so I paid for my other items and started to walk away, when a guy was coming with another bag just the same and he told them that the bag was in sell, the manager called me to ask me if I still wanted the bag, they did not even apologize, so I told them that I did not want it. They are not...
