I ordered something that said it would take 2 hours to be ready, which was already pretty crazy, but when I got there and got in the line for customer pickup. No one was there to even ask for my order. There was a huge line for delivery pickups too and no one was doing anything for them either. Finally some lady who acted like she had better things to do came over and asked a couple of people for their order names and ignored everyone else, I guess she couldn't keep track of more than 2 names at once. I kept trying to get her attention and finally after 15 minutes she comes over and asked for my name, she goes back, fumbles around totally clueless-like, then basically ignores me for another 5 minutes until I basically had to yell at her to get her attention again. Then she comes over and tells me I need to go to the register and ask the cashier, the cashier looks at me like he knew she was the bane of his existence and then proceeds to explain to her that she needs to look at the last 4 digits of my order number to find my food. She then goes back to this giant pile of pickup orders that haven't been dealt with and fumbles around all clueless-like again, and seemingly my order isn't there because she goes back to ignoring everyone again. Mind you, she's already brought out food for delivery drivers that were incorrect about 5 or 6 times since I got there. So I'm thinking more than likely she gave my food to someone else. Then the cashier just tells me out of nowhere "5 minutes" and I see them make the food and pack it right in front of me in less time than I had been standing there waiting. So basically I waited 2 hours so that I could stand in a line for 30 mins so that they could spend 5 minutes making my food. This is worse than a dentist's office. I'm glad there's plenty of other options for food in this town, because I'm not coming back here anytime soon....

I lost my company check last week. I looked for it for several days and finally decided to go door to door along the path I took before I lost it. The front desk was an Asian male waiter. I waited until he was not busy to tell him my request. He said directly: "I was not working on the day you lost the check. This is not my business." I was very disappointed. He did not have any attitude of being willing to help others and caring about what happened in this place. I asked who your manager was and I wanted to meet your manager,so the lady came to see me. She carefully asked about the process and time of the incident, and then went to check the camera record. she didn't find it the first time because I recalled the wrong time. She helped me check the record again and finally played the video for me. Although I didn't find the check here in the end, this behavior touched me. A fast food restaurant is not busy making money. Read moreThis location totally misses the mark. Received a takeout order with more than half the items missing. When I called and spoke to the manager he could have cared less. Team members laughing in the background and acting as if I inconvenienced them by ordering an hour and a half before close. I explained I ordered the food through their website but he told me it was not his problem. Instead of making the order correct by sending us the correct plates, he said there was nothing he could do. After much convincing he issued $6 off of my bill after directly saying he was issuing a full refund on the order. He was condescending, rude and disrespectful. Instead of apologizing he made excuses. We use to frequent this location but sadly due to management and staff behavior I will warn others not to waste your time or money. I contacted customer service with photos and they issued a full refund within seconds. Take my advice and do not visit this location, and if you do make sure they are actually giving you the food they are charging you for.
