The shop is not a safe place for customers because of aggrasive behavior of Karmine one of the agents. I delivered my car on 14th of March to them, First they promised me to do the job less than a month they broke their promise second, They promised me to get me the car in next two weeks after the first unfulfilled promise and I went there for the second time to get my car and asked them that I need my car and why are you promissing when you cant make it and why you cut the car before the parts are available. A guy named Karmine out of sudden came and started to shout and yell at me and standed up and He was about to hit me. He used F words and I left the place for my safety. Conclusively, they are not treating customers with respect at all, besides, their unprofessional business. Don't bring your car here unless you enjoy the thought of it being left in the Marshall's parking lot down the street with the windows down while it rains, the actual repairs taking three weeks longer than estimated, and said repairs not even being complete once they happily called and said it was ready to pick up. Oh, and don't expect them to pick up the phone. Though, on the rare occasion they do pick up, they'll answer and say "hold on, let me check on that for you" and just hang up the phone after 5 minutes. Called around Medford looking for someone who could check out my broken door handle on short notice and Citi were the first ones who said yeah, come on over and we’ll check you out now. They figured out what was going on with the car, found a part that fixed it and had it all done in about an hour, and all for less cost than expected. They also took time to explain and show what was going on with the car and how they were fixing it. Can’t say enough good things about the service they gave.
