I’ve had dip manicures here. The first, was amazing - she took her time, the dip was even, and it lasted 3+ weeks. The second? He removed the old dip and applied new in a total of 25 mins. I was appalled when he ripped off my dip manicure from one nail that I had broken, instead of using any type of remover. I have gouges in several nails, from improper application. I also have two nails that clearly have more product on one side than the other. I’m 6 days post manicure, and the top gel layer they use to seal the dip is chipping - because he only let me cure for 30s and only applied one coat. I had to ask for lotion after the manicure and apply it myself. The person at the checkout desk seemingly forgot they were running a promotion and I had to ask for their grand opening discount on services rendered.

Went here for a pre-wedding pampering for the bride, her mother, and myself. They do not listen to what you ask for nor did they know how to properly perform the services they offer. They didn’t give mom the gel pedicure she asked for, they used regular polish. This morning the bride has now lost 3 toenails worth of gel polish, and her fingers are all in pain because the nail tech was so rough with her. We called to ask for a refund or partial refund for the services the bride received and the manager flatly refused, even after we sent her photos via text as asked. They said we could come back today to fix the pedi but unfortunately we don’t have time today because she’s getting married and has a tight schedule.
