My first and last experience in this store was appalling. I purchased something that was on sale and was not told that it was a final sale. Even so, I was willing to take store credit. I went back to the store to return the item a few days after purchasing. The owner was immediately defensive and extremely rude with me. I explained that I had not been told that the item was final sale and that I was willing to take store credit. He continued to respond in a very demeaning manner, even stating at one point “look me in the eye when you’re talking to me.” If you’re looking for customer service and a pleasant shopping experience, avoid this store...
Read moreI love the clothes this boutique sells, and i feel like mostly everything is well priced, however, the employees were quite rude - they never greeted us, or asked if we needed help, and didn't make us feel like we were welcome. I am not expecting them to drop everything and come hold my hand through my shopping experience lol, but a quick "hello" is just basic manners, and makes the customer feel like they aren't being a nuisance :)

Read moreMy daughter and I visited Stile expecting to find something unique for our upcoming vacation. However, and unfortunately we found that we apparently weren’t even welcomed. Not one employee greeted us or acknowledged our presence as we walked around the store. As others shopped and were assisted by having items brought to them and offered assistance we were totally ignored. Thank you for showing us that you prefer the business of a certain customer in which we are not. Word to the wise a simple hello...
