The store manager, Dana, was amazing to work with! I moved and needed new beds for my family that same day. I called several places and being told I would have to wait anywhere from 3-5 business days for both delivery and pick up, Aaron's was the only option. I called and spoke with Dana and explained my situation. Dana happily put together a package for me that was exactly what I needed and very affordable. Dana was also able to find a great deal on a brand new Samsung washer and dryer set. When my husband and I went to the store to pick up the new beds for us and our 2 children, my husband found a tv he really liked. Dana was able to fit the tv into our package and still keep our payments reasonable and affordable. The washer and dryer were delivered the following week, along with the new tv. The scheduling of delivery was a breeze and the 2 guys who came to deliver our items were nice, professional and took the time to make sure our merchandise was working properly and they made sure we were happy with the merchandise and happy with the placement of our merchandise. I have done business with this particular store several times in the past and will continue to do so. The guys that work here are very pleasant to talk to and all the guys are more than helpful no matter the situation. If they don't have the exact item that you're looking for they'll get it or at least try to. They might not have all of the different name brands as their competition but they do have most of the best names out there and they definitely have way LOWER PRICES than their competitors. Highly suggest not coming here, unless you enjoy being talked down to. Never in my life have I had a customer service experience so horrible. Manager Chasitie was completely uncalled for. Called me from an unknown number going off on me about my account. Upon calling the number back the number says it is a text now subscriber. I called the store thinking maybe it was a scammer, but sure enough Chasitie does work there. Will be returning my furniture and going through America First Finance for something else.
