If I had the option to give zero reviews, I would have happily done so. My husband purchased my wedding ring and bands from here almost 5 years ago. This is the second time I have had issues with the center stones. I dropped my ring off at the store on March 21st. Spoke to a very pleasant woman, who took care of things, and gave me a receipt for pick up, dated April 21st. Great, no problem. I go in on April 21st to pick up my ring, only to be greeted by a different saleswoman that was shooed away by another salesman there after she seemed to be in a tizzy after not being able to place my ring. He looks in the computer and tells me that my ring is still at the home office where it was sent for repairs, and that the first saleswoman shouldn't have given me a promised by date. He proceeds to tell me that it typically takes around 6 weeks for the home office to repair things, so my ring should be back in store in a few more weeks. I come home, tell my husband about my experience, and he calls up to the store to figure out what is going on (he called on April 23rd). He speaks to yet another salesperson, who tells him that my ring should be ready for pickup on May 2nd, and they will give us a call when it's ready. Well, what do you know, the 2nd comes and goes, with no contact from them. My husband calls up there yet again. And this time is told that the computer is telling her it will be ready on the 4th. At this point, my husband is pretty worked up over the miscommunication happening and wants to know what is going on. So he calls up there today (the 3rd), to speak to a manager. He is out in touch with the original man that I dealt with on the 21st. He tells my husband that he talked to the main office, and that it will not be ready for 5-10 more days. So here we are. Extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication between not only ourselves and Helzberg, but their lack of communication between their employees....
   Read moreIf I could give this place -1 star I would. I come in the store today and made contact with a saleswoman named Lynn, I told her I wanted to look at some engagement rings. She asked me how long my girlfriend and I had been together, I told her three years. She immediately told us to follow her to the clearance section to look at some rings. I thought that was odd to immediately take us to the clearance section first. When we got to the case, she showed us some rings and started telling us about financing, I let her know I would be paying cash and not financing. She then called over a co-worker named Eric, and handed us over to him to look at some more rings, like we were not actual buyers? As we were looking at rings with Eric, she came back over to us and started talking about the layaway program they offered. I again told her I was paying cash and why are you talking to me about layaway? The overall experience was horrible, and I felt like I was being stereotyped the entire time I was in the store maybe she thought by the way I was dressed and being African American I couldn't buy. I left and went to Kay Jewelry and purchased from them. You might want to do some more customer service training with your employees. This...
   Read moreThis was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I wore my engagement ring for 1 week and the band was scratched to pieces. They acted as if I had done something wrong. I've seen rings that people have worn for years and they don't look like that. Their jeweler looked at it and buffed it out. The next week I lost a diamond out of the band. Thank goodness we purchased the care plan, because due to poor quality it seemed as if we were going to have to use it. I took the ring into the store, and again they acted as if it were all my fault. And even though they don't send the ring out it was going to take two weeks to repair it. Two weeks to repair it, when I haven't even worn the ring two weeks. It was very disappointing considering I had a big event that I wanted to wear my new ring to. I called the night before my pickup date in hopes that it might be finished, and one of the rude staff members told me I couldn't pick up until the next morning. My thought is that it was finished and she knew that I wanted it. I know that it was not an inexpensive piece of jewelry, therefore I set my standards for quality and customer service a little higher. I was extremely disappointed and would not recommend this...
