There is a serious flaw at this location between balancing incoming online orders and people waiting in line in-person. Last evening, my partner and I stood in line for 10 MINUTES as this one guy made 5 burritos for online orders right in front of us and didn't even attend to us or acknowledge us.... there were 2 other girls by the cashier register who also never acknowledged us while we stood there for TEN minutes (mind you, there were no other customers waiting in line in front of us or behind us). The gentleman working there then proceeds to print off several more receipts for online orders and continues making orders as we continue standing there to be waited on. We asked him if he was going to be making those orders too before he gets to us, which he said yes, we left and took our business to Noodles & Co. next door... I never experienced anything like this before. Maybe the management here should take a lesson from Chipotle, they balance online orders and in-person orders by alternating back and forth between the two. The workers here just focused on online orders, even if it meant we were standing in line for 10 minutes. I understand places are short-staffed because of COVID, but there seemed to be a SERIOUS incompetency here about how to multi-task online orders and people waiting in line in-person.... we were completely ignored by all 3 employees, for 10 minutes as we kept checking...
Read moreAre generally go to chipotle for the nearest one was 15 minutes away and this is on the way home so I figured I’d try it. For starters, my wife is gluten-free and want to know from the get-go that she had a dietary restriction and they were super cool change gloves and seemed like they understood and immediately after changing gloves proceeded to cross contaminate by handling flour tortillas and her food with the same gloves. Whatever, maybe some people don’t know and I’ll do my best to try not to be difficult because I know that. But she changed her gloves and immediately preceded to contaminate them. My wife’s meal had to go to my nephew instead. She just decided it would be easier to go hungry at the moment. On top of that as we eat in the restaurant, unpacking everything corn tortillas that she had gotten were already falling apart before she had started assembling anything for our nephew. Picture for reference. The food was lackluster, The customer service was subpar, and we most definitely will not be back.
Also, apparently they don’t know how to make guac a device...
Read moreThe most rude people I've ever met! I had a pick up order and stood by the counter for 10 minutes less than 3 ft away from an employee who refused to look up at me and when I finally broke the silence he still did not even look at me and instead held up a finger and made a sour face. After serving 3 customers in line I decided to get in line for my pick up order thinking I'd misunderstood. The burrito lady then told me I needed to go back to where I was for my pick up order and I let her know I was there and the man refused to look at me or talk to me and she told me "you're fine" Lol what?? It was a paid for pick up order sitting on a shelf a foot away from this guy. All he had to do was hand it to me but instead he still never made eye contact the entire time I was there. Idk if it was intentionally or he has social deficits but it was SO rude to me! I've been in customer service my whole life and I have never treated someone like that. You could just say hey sorry it's gonna...
