Went in today looking for shoes. I then walked around, with the shoes, looking for a worker to get my size. No one on the floor. Had to stand in line to ask the worker behind the counter for my size who then scanned the shoe, told me they had them and she told me she would bring them out to me. As I stood in line I saw at least five employees standing in the back room talking. I then waited another 10 min (20 total at this point) and a worker asked the person I was with if they needed shoes. Which I then told them I've been waiting 20 minutes for the size i needed. They went to the back to then come out and tell me they don't have them. Not to mention you only get to try on one shoe (so hopefully you dont have two different sized feet or want to know what it feels like to walk in the pair of shoes) once you do get the size you asked for. In the time it took them to go in the back and get my size, I found the shoes on line and ordered them. They lost $400+ alone on shoes I was going to buy from them but bought elsewhere because their employees didn't want to do the work and their system is extremely inefficient and inconvenient for the customer.
For reference this was mid day on a rainy Friday and there were max 12 people in the store (5 of which were in line to check out). Don't waste your time going here unless you strictly want to look at their selection to...

I have receipts, they were never worn, and it was within the allow time stated on the receipt. He was actually arguing with me that I couldnāt return them there even though I bought them at Finish Line and it clearly stated on the receipt that I could. After a 10 minute conversation of us going back and forth on why I couldnāt return them š he asked me to leave, said have a good day, and ran in the back to hide. Heās the manager?!?!?! Wow. But after the girl brought the shoes out, she got upset with me when I asked for another pair of Converse. Since I asked to try on a white pair and not a pair that had one white, one yellow. The girl never came back over so another young man was walking my way and I waived him down to help he looked past me to have another young man and said " a, help her" turned around and walked away.
