Express Factory Outlet — Local services in Melbourne

The staff at the Express Outlet Store in Melbourne FL are very rude and un-professional. Especially Lindsey, they target certain people and follow them around the store like if they are going to steal from the store. They have 2 entrances but most of time one of them is closed which is technically a fire hazard. Someone should report them to the fire marshal. The staff is not helpful and the prices are overpriced compared to the online and the regular Express Stores. That’s kind of ridiculous since they are a factory outlet and supposedly their prices should be better. The quality of their clothing is poor compared to the regular Express store. When asked they basically said if you don’t like the prices, shop online. I feel discriminated every time I go in there. They make rude remarks in front of their customers and don’t care because they are not held accountable for their behavior.

Next time, you go in there. Pay attention and you will see...

This is a "factory outlet store" and their inventory is different from regular express stores. Also, they refuse to exchange/return any regular Express merchandise....so even tho their name says "Express" they don't operate like one. They will turn you away if you have regular Express items to return/exchange. Next closest Express store is over an hour away in Orlando...it shouldn't be the customers problem to deal with your inventory issues! Find a way to exchange your...

The staff here is so rude and unprofessional, they pick and choose who they greet, which seems to be racially motivated. If you’re not White, they won’t speak to you unless you’re checking out and they’re forced to. The store is always empty and now I see why, The girls that work in here do not fit the look of express, they are sloppy and hair is unkept. Hire women that actually want to do their job and aren’t racist. Go to the express in Orlando! Much better...
