I have been shopping with Joseph’s on and off for years. I called in on Monday about a particular St. Laurent shoe that they have on sale .I have been looking at this show for some months now . it’s on the sale rack. I asked the lady if that was going to be the final sale price. She said she was new and didn’t know , that was fine. I went in on the next day because she stated they only had one left on my size. I was only greeted initially by the security guard. I had already grabbed the shoe from the sales rack and the first shoe on my foot By the time one of the ladies decided to speak, they were having a conversation between themselves. went in purchased the shoe the very next day they marked down the shoe $160 less than what I paid for it . call them to ask them if they could do a price adjustment. They didn’t even have to give me any cash back could’ve just given a gift card or store credit would’ve been just fine. The manager Philip stated that nothing could be done. Had I been shopping with Neimans or saks. They would have gladly adjusted the price for that shoe sale or not with no problem. I will continue to drive out of town for better and...

Visited for the first time yesterday and was excited to be able to try on Golden Goose shoes locally. I was not greeted at all. No biggie. However, I walked over to the shoes where another lady was being assisted by an associate, who also didn't even acknowledge I was there. I finally spoke to an associate first and tried on 2 pair of shoes. I decided I'd like to also try a pair of On Cloud, so total 3 pair brought out. Associate was not friendly or attentive. I expressed interest in buying on clouds and proceeded to put my own shoes back on. At which time, she boxes all pair up and takes them back to counter.
