I had the most amazing experience at this jewelry store while designing a custom emerald ring for my husband and me to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcome and never rushed. They took time to educate me about emeralds, showing me the differences in quality and helping me choose the perfect stone without ever making me feel pressured to spend beyond my budget.

Josh is an amazing human, and he deserves all the stars!

I’m embarrassed I haven’t written this review sooner. My husband and I have been working with Josh for over a year, and I am so thankful our paths crossed. From our very first visit shopping for engagement rings to my second six-month inspection and cleaning, Josh has gone above and beyond for us.

Before picking a ring, I’d looked at hundreds of styles and thought I knew exactly what I wanted. But when I tried that style on, it just wasn’t right. Josh was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, guiding me through the process of finding a totally different style. He had me try on ring after ring, fine-tuning every little detail until I found something I truly loved. Even after I thought I’d made my final decision and had the receipt, I changed my mind. Josh didn’t hesitate, he worked with me again to explore more options until we found the perfect set. I absolutely love my rings and what they symbolize.

Now, thanks to Josh and the Genesis Diamonds team, I receive reminders for my cleanings/inspections, which is so helpful. The inspections are quick (just 15 minutes) and come with excellent service.

My son was shopping for an engagement ring. My daughter and I asked if we could tag along. We went to another local jewelry store and although it was nice, it just did not feel right. We went to Genesis. From the moment we walked in it was just different. We talked to Shacar and she was lovely. She explained so much that really told the story of the diamond. It was all very interesting. She was very interested in what he wanted, pricing, etc. She showed us a couple of beautiful pieces. My son decided he wanted to check a couple of other places out. We left. We all got in the car, drove around the parking lot and immediately went back.

We spoke with Shacar again and we just knew this was the right fit. WE ALL AGREED. My son spoke with her and next thing you know, the gorgeous engagement ring was in the car with us.

I cannot tell you enough how much we enjoyed this experience. What a great time with my kids and knowing that my son is ready to jump into the next chapter of his life. And Shacar made it an extremely pleasant, fun experience.
