I have found that Robert Erwin the Perkins location Is my favorite! Recently a couple of weeks ago went in and spoke to a salesman named Robert. Did I have them business with in the past. The very first thing he asked is, how is your family doing? Not what Can I help you with today. He asked about my son and my grandson He always waits for the customer to ask what they’re looking for for. I asked if he had any earrings when I was out of the country I saw a pair like what I was wanting. Mr. Robert kindly showed me what he had in inventory and pulled out some books. I didn’t see anything that resembled what I was looking for and he asked me if I could draw it on a piece of paper. I said sure. Robert told me he would put it on the computer and make a model of what I liked and if I liked it, he could make a demo out of plastic and show me and that’s exactly what he did. I went up a couple days later and picked it up and it was exactly what I was looking for. Robert ordered them , And when they came in, they were absolutely stunning. Robert put his touch on them with a certain type of back not a post but the clip it was very unique. His thoughtfulness, experience and kindness doesn’t go on notice! I'm leaving a four star rating because I haven't gotten home to see if the ring I had sized is the right size yet. This is a very nice business with very fair prices and very nice staff. Everything they have inside is very good quality and the work they do is spot on. I had a ring sized and the shined and cleaned it up and I can't even tell that it was resized at all. Very nice work. I don't know if I can change the star rating once I get home and see if the ring is the right size or not but if I can then as long as the ring is the right size then I'll bump this to a very solid 5 stars. Right now they don't have the ability to make partial stars but it's not a four star rating for me. It's a 4 3/4 star rating and that says a lot.

We have visited the Perkins store in Memphis several times over the past couple years. The way in which customers are treated is exemplary. The staff is more than courteous - also completely professional, low-key but straightforward, and extremely responsive.

Shelley has been taking care of us and in this particular case, she suggested a Valentine's Day necklace for my partner that was very beautiful but actually less expensive than another one we had been looking at, but went better with the other jewelry she was wearing. Shelley is knowledgeable, warm and attentive to customer needs. She is an excellent listener.

Shelley was more focused on what was best for the customer than what would have been a bigger sale. That's more than customer service - it's character and knowing your business. It's that kind of service that will keep us coming...
