I have shopped here for years and only had two bad experiences but this one I had to write about. Last week I bought some buttercream frosting and some sugar pearls. The buttercream frosting was separated when I got home then I noticed the date said May 2019. The sugar Pearl top was broken and I didn't notice before I bought it. I took the products back a few days later and I explained to them that the buttercream was outdated the black lady at the register told me they don't take food back. I asked her even if it's outdated and it's your your product she told me I would have to speak to manager. The tall white guy there also told me the same thing. He tried to explain to me that the best by date didn't matter! We all know that it means the product won't be as fresh after that date. If I'm going to spend my money on anything I would expect to get more than two weeks freshness out of it. He went ahead and let me exchange it but he didn't want to. The customer service is horrible when it comes to buying things that are outdated at the store that was the second time that I picked up something off their shelf that was outdated if you're going to sell outdated merchandise you need to sell it at a discount but I warn anyone check your dates on buttercream, flavoring and anything else edible in that store because they do not want to exchange or take their ruined merchandise back which is so unfair to the customer. I’ve purchased several cake pans here but I just needed to purchase a couple candles on my last visit and the employee was very stern that I could not purchase with my card and I had to leave to go to an ATM. I understand small businesses having this policy as credit card companies absolutely extort small businesses but be reasonable. Ask if the customer has cash and tell them they need to use cash for transactions under $10 as the policy states but if they will need to leave to get cash let them get by with it. If you have serial offenders don’t let them do it but letting a customer slide one time won’t kill the bottom line and will encourage that...

I went there for printing an edible image and I didn’t find the image that clear when it came printed out the guy up there said “This is what it is if you don’t wanna take it thats fine, we will never be printing anything ever again for you” and when I told him thats pretty rude of him he didnt even care to apologize!!
On monthly bases I have been giving them business for $200-$300 and this is not how I expect to be treated! I am sure it wont effect their business if they have one customer less but being a store they should learn some basic customer service.
Walmart and Kroger prints the images for much cheaper and I think its rather better to buy from them or online then being...
