Natalie's Liquor Warehouse — Local services in Memphis

We sourced our wine, beer, and liquor from here for our wedding. Richard was extremely helpful in procuring the alcohol for our wedding. We fully endorse his services, but there are a few things we wish we had known beforehand.

Pros: Easy to reach through phone Clearly communicated the prices for all items Was able to find any liquor, wine, or beer we asked for Made good recommendations for liquor and wine based on our preferences Was honest in cases where some supplies would be cheaper for us to buy ourselves Bought back and issued a refund for unused and unspoiled liquor and wine

Cons: Did not clearly communicate that unused beer would not be bought back because after it had been chilled for the wedding, it could not be stored at room temperature and was not resellable Any liquor or wine that is not resellable was not bought back. This is slightly more of a reflection of the bartenders, but it is something to keep in mind. The plastic on the cap of a whiskey handle was slightly torn, and the label on a wine bottle was slightly torn. This prevented both bottles from being bought back because thewere not resellable. there was a lingering scent of BO near the whiskey section. i quickly found out why as an employee ventured over asking if i needed help. i advised i was looking for the cheapest 1.75 of whiskey or bourbon. that employee led me away from the cheapest bottles to the expensive bottles... a different employee, as if sensing i needed rescue.... offered assistance and directed me specifically to the cheapest bottles. i selected the one i desired and was promptly checked out at the register. i will return to natalie's liquor warehouse the next time i desire spirits!!!

on my itemized receipt, yes itemized!!!... it says my clerk was "CM" -...

I purchased a bottle of wine & the cork would not come out of the bottle. I kept my receipt and return the item to the store. The young man acknowledged my receipt and attempted to open the bottle. However, he couldn't as well as would not exchange it. He said that I had done something to the cork.. Like really! Then he misplaced the receipt, so I had to wait for him to search the system to print another one. Why would I damage a bottle of wine, that I wanted to consume.. apparently it was old or the cork was defective, if you couldn't open it...
