I genuinely cannot say enough good things about my engagement ring shopping experience. My fiancé wanted something unique, so I was nervous about being able to find what she wanted. We went in together the first time and the staff were all wonderful and extremely helpful. They gave us each a complimentary glass of wine and explained all of the different terms, options, and variations. It did not feel rushed or pushy at all, much the opposite. They went slowly with us and took the time to make sure the differences between all of the zillions of shapes and sizes and cuts etc. made sense, and then went through and showed us a series of examples in books, online, and pulling real ones out from a display case. It was perfect! My fiancé ruled out things she definitely did not want, told me what center stone and shape she did want, and gave me free reign from there. The wonderful folks at King then painstakingly helped me pick out a completely custom ring. Then they ordered loads of options for each stone with varying sizes, colors, and price points. After providing me with loads of insight and guidance, but again without being pushy about anything, we finally settled on what I wanted. Then their in-house jewelers got to work and built it for me! When I finally went to pick it up after months of trying to get it just right, it was everything that I had hoped for and more. Most importantly, my (now) fiancé absolutely LOVED it! I purchased my husband's wedding band from King Fur's in May of this year. Steve Ballin assisted me and he couldn't have been nicer or more helpful with the process. The only problem I had (which was not Steve's or King Fur's fault) was that the manufacturer did not engrave the ring properly. When I brought this to Steve's attention he immediately had the manufacturer redo the ring with the correct engraving and expedited the shipping (at no extra charge) so I would have it in time for my wedding. My experience was top tier. I worked with Lili. Lili was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. I visited the store approximately 8 times before deciding on a the perfect Bomber Jacket. The purchase was a gift. I was measured, it was ordered and went back for final fitting. King Furs monogrammed my jacket and Lili had my jacket gift wrapped.
