I never before been so humiliated, push down , stressed out .I went to office to settle my HOA and I was treated by a hostile , unfriendly female. According to her she did not have any knowledge about my HOA. Gave a # to call and slammed the door on my face. I called the previous # in which I had talked to Maria on Wednesday March 2 2022. Another lady answer the phone and proceeded to tell me that I was $1459.00 behind I went on to tell her that on Wednesday afternoon when I talked to Maria and I explained the situation ,she was very sympathetic, and told me she was going to talk to the person in charge, so we can come to a resolution. Same afternoon within 20 minutes she called me back and proceeded to tell me that extra charges had been taken off, in the amount of 1,200.00. And how do you think those charges came about, let me tell you. I got this information from the lady that answered the phone at the main office on Sun City st. She went on to said that on October 2021 they added 200 dollars for penalty. On November 2021 they added 400 dollars penalty again.and to top it up in December 2021 they added another 600 dollars penalty. I asked why I was not told this about this, they claim that they had a stack of returned letters from me on file (they may disappear mysteriously) sent to my old address in Fallbrook an apartment not own by them, or me for that fact. So I'm stopping now, my head is going around in circles. I lost my son Lucas 33 years old last year to covid, my youngest sister also from covid, I m a twice cancer survivor, Stent carrier, also battle covid last November. So I am going to...

Shame on this hostile, small-minded, arrogant, contemptible group of people. Do NOT let your family fall prey to this venomous, self-important HOA group. If I could give them zero stars, I would. If they decide to target a resident, there is NO compassion, escalation and discussion; it goes from strict judgement to hateful (and verbally abusive) aggression in a matter of days after they've made decisions against residents.

My guess is there are other residents and their families who have suffered the consequences of their decision to let the present HOA board "serve" the community who have not posted here. It may be out of a lack of ability to do so, or a lack of vocabulary wide enough to describe the unfathomable malice they faced when they became a target. I'm here to represent all of those people and call for a complete investigation into the board and their behavior toward residents. Representing a community's best interests and enacting / enforcing bylaws is one thing; acting completely inhuman, unjust, and power-drunk is another. If there is anyone with the ability to make corrections by re-appointing board members who cannot control their behaviors and act professionally, please do so and upon proof, I will gladly rescind my review. Until then, I will remain scathing and unmoved in my opinion that this HOA needs...

I called today to get information for my father who is 95. The girl in the office "Myra" was snotty and cut me off to tell me that I could find the information online. When I said he doesn't have a computer and you stopped publishing the club schedule in the paper she said to come into the office. When I stopped her she was as rude and snotty as any part time employee in retail and told me to "not be cursing her or yelling" which is how bad employees get someone off the phone when they want info not a lie that her manager was not available. Sun City is great for really old people, so why would the girl who is obviously not trained or educated about older people's needs act like that unless there is something fundamentally wrong with the staffing. My dad told me the office staff were mean which is why I called - he has parkinsons and doesn't need someone who does not listen to him...
