Unbelievable deceptive return policy. Bought a $220.00 purse as a gift. When I was paying for it the owner asked me if knew it was $220.00? I said yes. That was the perfect opportunity for her to say you can only return for store credit. I returned 2 days later driving from the east side of Milwaukee to Menomonee Falls because the person for whom I purchased the purse did not like it. The sales associate didn’t know how to do the return. She had to call the owner who said I could get store credit not a credit on my card.. I was shocked. The sales associate had to look for the written notice & found a small framed message on a shelf below & to the right side of the counter among many other items. It said in small print that store credit was allowed if returned within seven days. I believe in supporting small businesses but not when they use deceptive practices to mislead & dupe the customer.
