Subway — Restaurant in Mentor

It had been awhile since I got Subway, and I was in the mood for a Turkey & Ham sub. I don’t know how this location is getting the good reviews. I ended up just throwing my sub and chips away. As soon as I opened the wrapper of my sub, I could smell bad meat. I took off the turkey and smelled it, and that was definitely the culprit. The ham didn’t taste fresh either. Even the chips, which were two months from their “best-by” date, were hard and stale tasting. So much for my $13 meal that ended up in the trash. I called the store to let the guy know about the turkey, and he was no help at all. He didn’t even talk, he just had me sitting on the phone while he was doing whatever, so I just hung up. I don’t know what’s happened with all the Subway’s because it’s very rare to find one that’s actually good anymore. This location has been added to the “no good and don’t go back again” list. The lady that was working there was very rude! We went in at 8:30 pm and she told us that they were getting ready to close. We asked her what time they close and she told us 9:00 pm. Since we still had half an hour we proceed to place our order. A couple customers came in after that and she was very rude to them also. Telling them it was going to be "A WHILE!" The one gentleman just simply wanted to purchase a bag of chips. I told her it was ok if she wanted to ring him out since he only had the bag of chips. She was going to make him wait till she was done with our order. She was so snotty and rude I wouldn't go back even if the food was free! Extremely poor...

Went this evening and the workers were very rude, didn’t pay attention to what we were trying to order my 6 inch was definitely not a 6 inch and was super hard and i asked my sister if you guys still put salt and pepper mixed in and didn’t tell the associate that i wanted it and she put it on anyways. Also my meal was 11.95 i handed her $12 she didn’t even count the money and just asked me if it was $12 and just put it in the drawer.
