Taco Bell — Restaurant in Mentor

I had driven to a park to take a walk, and only grabbed my keys and license. After my walk, I stopped by the Taco Bell at 9500 Diamond Centre Dr., because I had missed lunch. Right after I gave my order at the drive-through, I remembered I didn't have my purse with me. I thought I might have had a credit card in my wallet sleeve and confirmed they accept credit, but the cashier also said don't worry about it. When I pulled through I found I didn't have my credit card. Again, Beth (the cashier) said not to worry about paying, and handed me my lunch bag. This was so unexpected and kind. I just recently moved to OH and am so lucky to have encountered Beth and Jordan at this Taco Bell. Thank you so very much! I will be back...

So I am going to call and let them know. I had a wonderful lady helping me out when I was ordering. I was tired and just needed some help and did not want to search the menu. That right there is 5 star. Then I boy took my money. He did not wait for me to grab my change so I would get dollars back with no coins. Then he said he can't accept the money. What! That is bull. I am a millennial and simple math should not be that difficult. He just kept saying no and not loud even after I told him I could not hear him. This would be a one star review.

This was the 2nd time I had went here for some late night food. The first was on a Tuesday and they were open until 1am. They changed there hours recently now Sun- thursday they close at midnight and Friday & Saturday there open until 1am. It was busy this past Friday night the line was long in the drive thru, but the line moved quickly. I tried the chili cheese burrito it was excellent! I wish Taco Bell would leave items on the menu instead of dropping items people really like, why not add a few and keep what people like? I recommend this particular Taco Bell when ordering the workers...
